I'd like to change my hotel reservation
If you would like to make a reservation at a different hotel, we recommend canceling the reservation first and then making a new reservation. However, the actual refund time may vary depending on the payment company. If you wish to change your hotel reservation, you can request it on the 'Reservation Information' page before the reservation change deadline.
How do I change and cancel my flight ticket?
You can find it on the link guided by the reservation confirmation email or on the reservation information page.
Information about flight regulation will be provided during the booking process. If you are unsure whether your flight will be able to change or cancel, contact us by phone, email, or via the Customer Center Chat service on the TripCom Web/Mobile app. Some flights are not eligible for change or cancellation. If you do not have an account, you can check the booking information on the website via the email address you entered at the time of booking, and you can request to change or cancel your booking. (Only for tickets allowed to change or cancel).
Flights allowed to change may also be subject to restrictions depending on the airline or ticket provider. Once your request for a change has been received, Trip.com will check to inform you of the availability and options available for change.

How do I use the voucher?
You can check the issuance method, usage regulation, and expiration date of the voucher through the cancellation details of the reservation details on the TripCom app.
Once the airline or agent confirms your refund request, we will send you an e-mail with detailed voucher details. You can check the usage and expiration date of the voucher directly through the mail. If you haven't received the voucher-related mail yet, the voucher may still be issued.
I'd like to cancel my reservation
The 'Reservation Cancellation Policy' is available on the 'Reservation Information' page.
If it is possible to cancel the reservation, you can request cancellation after clicking the [Cancel Reservation] button.
If cancellation of reservation is not possible, a cancellation fee will be displayed on the 'Reservation Information' page.
What is the voucher?
A voucher is a type of refund method issued by an airline as a gift certificate after applying for a refund. A certain amount will be deducted when purchasing a flight ticket on the airline's website within the voucher expiration date. You can check the issuance method, usage regulation, and expiration date of the voucher through the cancellation details of our TripCOM APP reservation details. The transfer of vouchers requires confirmation from the airline, and please contact us directly through the contact information on the airline's website for details such as extending the expiration date.
What should I do if the flight I booked is canceled or the time changes?
If you wish to apply for a free change or cancellation, you can directly apply for a change or cancellation of your ticket by clicking on My Booking through APP or Trip.com 's official website. The results of the application will depend on the airline's review. Once accepted, the application is irreversible.
Request for cancellation of flight ticket: If a full refund is possible due to change by clicking [Cancel], the cancellation fee will be shown as 0 won and the refundable amount will be the same as the amount you paid at the time of reservation. Please check your registration, apply for a full refund due to change, and wait for your confirmation email.
Request to change your flight ticket: If you click Change to select the date and flight you want to change and the change fee is displayed as Free, the reservation can be changed for free. You can apply for the change after checking the change date and flight. Our TripCom will contact the airline as soon as possible to confirm your request and inform you of the result by e-mail. In addition, airline-caused flight changes are usually free of charge only once.
I'd like to check the progress of the flight cancellation.
Due to the recent COVID-19 virus, airline cancellation requests have increased rapidly, delaying the processing time of refunds than usual. Our TripCom and airline will do our best to process your cancellation request quickly. In addition, you can check the cancellation status yourself through the [Cancellation Details] in the reservation details. Our TripCom will inform you of the result of the request by e-mail immediately after checking your cancellation request with the airline. If the refund has already been completed in the [Cancellation Details] but you have not yet received the refund, please check it through the credit card company/bank.
Refund Method: After the airline has confirmed your flight ticket refund method, the refund amount will be refunded to the account you paid for if it is processed with a card refund. The estimated refund time depends on the card company/bank concerned. If the refund is made with a voucher, the voucher information will be provided by e-mail.
